We read everything sent to us. Whether you have spotted an error in the directory, heard about a new store before we did, want to use our data, or need to raise a legal matter, this page tells you how to reach us and what to include so we can act on it quickly.
Email Us
This single address handles everything: corrections, tips, feature requests, press, advertising, privacy requests, and legal notices. There is no phone number and no postal address for public enquiries, because the site is run by a small independent team and email is the only channel we can answer reliably.
Before You Write: We Are Not Buc-ee’s
buceeslocation.com is an independent, unofficial directory. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Buc-ee’s Ltd.
We receive a steady stream of messages intended for the company, and we have no way to forward them. We cannot help with any of the following:
- Job applications, interviews, or employment questions
- Complaints about a store visit, staff, food, or fuel
- Refunds, receipts, gift cards, or online orders
- Lost property left at a store
- Franchise, real estate, or supplier enquiries
- Requests to bring a Buc-ee’s to your town
- Corporate sponsorship or donation requests
For any of those, go to the official Buc-ee’s website at buc-ees.com and use their contact channels. Messages of this kind sent to us cannot be answered or passed on.
What We Can Help With
Report an Error in the Directory
This is the most useful thing you can send us. If you visited a store and something we published was wrong, we want to know. Please include:
- The store city, state, and number if shown, for example “Katy, TX #40”
- What we have listed
- What you actually found
- Roughly when you were there
- A photo of signage if you have one, which is enormously helpful for exit numbers and addresses
Reported errors are checked against a second independent source before we change anything. Clear factual corrections such as a wrong address or exit number are usually fixed within a few days. Our Editorial and Corrections Policy explains the verification process and how corrections are logged.
Tip Us Off About a New or Closing Store
Local news, council planning agendas, and construction signage often reveal a new location months before it is formally announced. If you have seen something, send the detail and a link or photo if possible. We do not publish a rumoured location until it is corroborated by a public record or a credible published report, but we start watching immediately.
Suggest a Feature
The trip planner, corridor view, and visited-store passport all came from reader suggestions. If there is something the map should do that it does not, tell us what problem you were trying to solve rather than the solution you have in mind. That usually leads somewhere better.
Press and Media
Journalists writing about Buc-ee’s expansion, travel center retail, or road trip planning are welcome to get in touch. Put “Press” in the subject line and include your outlet and deadline. We can speak to what our directory data shows about the chain’s geographic growth. We cannot speak for Buc-ee’s Ltd. or comment on the company’s plans, finances, or internal matters, and we will not pretend to.
Advertising Enquiries
Display advertising on this site is served programmatically through Google AdSense, so there is no direct sales process for standard placements. For anything beyond that, write to us with details. Whatever the arrangement, editorial independence is not for sale: no business can pay to be featured in the directory, described more favourably, or ranked higher, and any commercial content will be clearly labelled. See our Editorial and Corrections Policy.
Using Our Content or Data
Our written guides, site design, and the compiled directory are protected by copyright as an original compilation. For permission to reproduce content, republish a guide, or use our data in another product, email us describing what you want to use and how. We generally say yes to reasonable non-commercial requests with attribution, and we usually say no to bulk data extraction. Automated scraping is prohibited under our Terms of Use.
Privacy and Data Requests
To exercise a right under GDPR, UK GDPR, the CCPA, or another privacy law, email us with the nature of your request in the subject line, for example “California Privacy Request” or “GDPR Access Request”. We respond within one month.
Bear in mind that we operate no accounts and build no visitor profiles, so the personal data we hold about any individual is usually limited to previous email correspondence. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Copyright, Trademark, and Legal Notices
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice including identification of the work, the URL of the material in question, your contact details, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorised. We investigate every notice and remove infringing material where the claim is substantiated.
If you represent Buc-ee’s Ltd. and have a concern about how the name or marks are used here, write to the same address and we will respond promptly.
Response Times
We are a small team, not a support desk. Typical turnaround:
- Factual corrections: acknowledged within a few days, published once verified
- General questions and feature requests: within about a week
- Press enquiries: prioritised, tell us your deadline
- Privacy and legal requests: within one month, and sooner where the law requires it
If a week passes with no reply, check your spam folder and then send it again. Messages do occasionally get filtered.
What Happens to Your Message
We use your email only to reply to you and, where relevant, to verify and correct the directory. We do not add correspondents to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share email addresses. Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months so we have a record of reported corrections, then deleted.
